Escape Market is a platform for creating, publishing, and playing at-home mystery and escape room experiences. Features include a mystery editor, evidence studio, AI assistant, and a programmatic API for creator users. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access creator features. You are responsible for:

You may not share your account or API keys with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload or create, and that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

The Escape Market name, logo, design, software, and all content created by us are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties
